The headliners and more have been revealed for the third edition of The Great Estate, the garden fete which fuses music, art, food and an eclectic mix of weird and wonderful happenings, and takes place at Scorrier House near Redruth, Cornwall from Friday 31st May to Sunday 2nd June 2019.
Headlining on Saturday are James with an exclusive south west performance, on Friday it's Sam Duckworth aka Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly with a full backing band, and closing the weekend will be Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club. Also on the main stage over the weekend are New York collective Brass Against, Italian electro-swing 4-piece The Swingrowers, Plastic Mermaids, London Astrobeat Orchestra, Wildwood Kin, and Crinkle Cuts.
At Madame Wong's House of Wrong you can find Elvana: Elvis Fronted Nirvana, Hong Kong Ping Pong, Jelly Jazz, Town Of Cats, Future Dub Orchestra, Hip Hop Karaoke, Talulah Blue with a performance of burlesque and classic circus, with more to be announced for all stages. Away from the stages and live music performances, there's also Mexican Wrestling, Victorian Sports Day, The Grand Cinematic Experience, Vintage Car Show and The Grand Dining Experience.
Commenting on this year's event, Festival Directors Ian Whittaker and Ben Hall stated: "Myself and The Great Estate team are super excited for this year's festival. We have booked some fantastic acts and performers. We simply can't wait to welcome everyone into the grounds of Scorrier House again."
