Delivering some of the best in underground electronic music, Sector 6 returns to Boomtown Fair 2018 Chapter 10 at Matterley Estate, nr. Winchester, in Hampshire from Thursday 9th until Sunday 12th August 2018.
With a secret headline act still to be revealed, Sector 6 follows its tradition of takeovers from some of the most well respected underground labels in the UK ; drum & bass pioneers Hospitality: [Camo & Krooked, Danny Byrd, Etherwood, London Elektricity, S.P.Y] with a classic jungle set, and serious back-to-backs from Critical Sound: [Halogenix B2B The Upbeats, Kasra, Sam Binga B2B Hyroglifics, QZB B2B Foreign Concept] fusing bass with dancehall, garage and grime.
Celebrating 20 Yrs Of Virus Records, Ed Rush & Optical will be taking over with a set of classics, King of Brazilian D&B DJ Marky will make his Boomtown debut, whilst Clipz (aka Redlight) returns to his former moniker after a 10 year hiatus for an exciting new chapter - expect a rare specialist set with some fresh new selections. On the upgraded Sector 6 stage there's also A.M.C & Turno, Breakage, Dimension, Eatbrain League (Jade B2B L33 B2B Mindscape), LSB, LTJ Bukem, Uncommon Records (Resist, Jimbitch), MCs: Carasel, Dynamite, Daxta, GQ, Jakes, SP:MC, Trigga, Twista, and Ryme Tyme.
Over at the Psyforest Wonka-Vision take over for a one night special on Thursday with beastly sounds supplied by dynamic duo Wonka and Syn, mixing extraordinaire Slipmatt, heavy Bristol bass man Mr Benn, and contemporary reggae craftsman Kiko Bun , plus Boeke, Gardna, and Jinx In Dub.
