Peter Doherty, and Ghostpoet lead lastest acts for Kendal Calling

Joining the already announced Calling Out Stage headliners Blossoms, at the top of the bill are Peter Doherty, and Ghostpoet, they lead the latest acts for Kendal Calling's 11th celebration year held over the weekend of Thursday 28th to Sunday 31st July 2016 returning to the Lowther Deer Park, Hackthorpe, in the Lake District.

Also appearing on the Calling Out Stage line-up are Pale Waves, The Slow Readers Club, Model Aeroplanes, Actor, Fizzy Blood, Hidden Charms, and Bulletproof Bomb.

Added to the Main Stage acts are The Sherlocks, The Jacques, PINS, Declan McKenna, The Lancashire Hotpots and a special reading from poet JB Barrington.

The Woodlands Stage will host Molly Warburton, Young Jack, Foreign Fox, and Casanova.

They join the previously announced headliners Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Rudimental, Madness, and The Charlatans. Festival goers can expect eleven stages including the Main Stage, Glow Dance tent, Kaylied World Music Stage, Calling Out New Music Stage, Soapbox Comedy, Village Green, Houseparty, and more to be announced.

Tickets are priced at £130. A teen (aged 11-15 years) weekend camping monthly payment ticket is priced at £75, and a child (aged 6-10 years) weekend camping ticket is priced at £17.50. A child aged 5 years and under weekend camping ticket is free. Prices include booking fee. Last year's the festival sold out in March.
