more acts for V Festival

More acts have been confirmed for the twin-site V Festival, which takes place at both Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire on Saurday 19th and Sunday 20th August.

The new acts are Delays, Daniel Powter and Bic Runga. Festival Director Bob Angus commented: “These three acts alone sum up exactly what the V Festival is all about – great quality music and diversity. Catering for lovers of all different types of music is our priority and what makes V so popular year on year. With tickets having sold out within 3 hours of going on sale, the proof is definitely in the pudding and we cannot wait to secure even more first class acts.”

Performing at V Festival this year are headliners Radiohead, and Morrissey, plus Faithless, Beck, Kasabian, Paul Weller, Keane, Editors, Groove Armada, Bloc Party, Fatboy Slim, The Charlatans, The Ordinary Boys, The Go!
