Throughout the weekend of Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th June 2012, the Teignmouth Folk Festival will be taking place at a number of different venues in one of Devon's oldest seaside resorts, located below the Haldon Hills on the estuary of the River Teign.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman, Blue Jewel, Spinach for Norman, Kimber's Men, Steve Turner, City of Plymouth Pipe Band, Old Gafters, Unstrung Heroes, Magpie Lane, Jim Causley, Kirkwood Brown Trio, Ben Campbell, plus more to be announced.

The festival will also play host to Morris, Border and Appalachian dancers.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £44 with camping, half price for children aged under 14 years. Nightly concert only ticket are available priced at £10 per night. To buy tickets, click here.

The main venues for the 2012 Folk Festival are expected to be The Carlton Theatre & The Triangle, plus The Courtenay, Teign Music Stage, The Ship Inn, EastCliff Cafe, and other venues will be confirmed nearer the event.
