The 19th anniversary of the Teignmouth Folk Festival takes place throughout the weekend of Friday 16th until Sunday 18th June 2017, at a number of different venues in one of Devon's oldest seaside resorts, located below the Haldon Hills on the estuary of the River Teign.

Line-up

The first acts announced are Chris Wood, Ewan Mclennan, Barron Brady, James Dumbelton and Andy Clarke, Canaan's Land, Eileen Conn & Jackie Williams, The Mooncoin Ceilidh Band, Celt, Eat the Rich, and City of Plymouth Pipe Band.

The festival will also play host to Morris, Border and Appalachian dancers.

Single event tickets are also available.

The main venues for the 2017 Folk Festival are expected to include the The Ice Factory, United Reform Church, Teignmouth Heritage Centre and Teignmouth Community School, and other venues will be confirmed nearer the event.

Camping

There will be camping available, and Teignmouth also offers a number of accommodation options.
