Latitude isn't just about music and colourful sheep, but has a full spectrum of art including film, comedy, theatre, cabaret, dance, poetry, literature and art together for a fun-filled, cultural adventure by the sea.

Line-up

Confirmed so far are headliners The 1975, Mumford & Sons, and Fleet Foxes, with Goldfrapp, Placebo, Baaba Maal, Jack Garratt, John Cale, Fatboy Slim, with many more confirmed, and many more still to be confirmed. For the full music details so far including day & stage splits please see the line-up page.

Tickets

An adult weekend ticket is priced at £197.50 with a Family Camping option also available, a teen weekend ticket is priced at £132.50, with a weekend ticket for all children aged 5 -12 years priced at £8. Campervan permits are priced at £40, and mobilehome and caravan passes are priced at £60.

Instalment plan

There is also an Instalment Plan available for Latitude 2017 tickets, where tickets can be secured with a deposit and paid for with 4 further payments.

Those tickets purchased on an Instalment Plan from now until December 31st, can be secured with a £50 +b/fee deposit. Followed by a second payment of £50 on 1st February, the third £50 on 1st March and the final payment of £47.50 +postage on 3rd April.

This year there is also an Instalment Plan available for Accompanied Teen Tickets. This can be secured with a first payment of £35 +b/fee. The second payment of £35 will be 1st February, third £35 will be 1st March and the final payment of £27.50 +postage will be 3rd April.

Disabilities

Latitude provide a 2-for-1 scheme, for disabled ticket holders who require a full time assistant with a free ticket for their PA. They give priority to customers in receipt of Higher Rate assistance for Personal Care and Mobility although each application is considered individually. The 2 for 1 scheme will open in April 2013. Applications cannot be submitted before this date. To be eligible for the scheme the booking reference number will be needed in order to apply for a free ticket for a carer or PA.

Theme for 2017

Each year, a theme or group of ideas underscores Latitude's arts programme. This year's theme has not yet been announced.

Arenas

Latitude has an exclusive cultural programme housed across ten separate arts arenas, as well as making use of the woods and lake, the festival will showcase comics, filmmakers, visual artists, poets, authors, actors, directors ond dancers in the Arts Arenas - The Comedy, Poetry, Literacy, Theatre, Music & Film, Dance and Cabaret Arena.

Family campsite

There is a dedicated family campsite, for families with children under 13 (who can attend for FREE) within the public camping area and also a family campervan area within family camping.

Family friendly

Latitude has a huge array of family-friendly activities available for children and parents alike that will create happy memories to last all year. Activities include creative crafting, live music, wildlife & adventure, fun with food, theatre & outdoor performance, late night programme, screen printing, comedy4kids, bouncing shoes & baffling bikes, weaving & carving, archaeology, jam hubs, face painting, and DJing.

Arranged around the banks of the central Latitude lake is the incredible Kids Area, where children are entertained all day and into the night with everything from pond dipping and star gazing, to fire shows, pizza making, traditional woodland crafts and a host of exciting science experiments.

The Inbetweeners' Teen Area is perfect for teenagers to enjoy taking part in music, media, fashion and technology workshops, or tackle wildlife survival skills and assault courses suspended from the trees.
