Huddersfield's Concerts in the Park is a FREE three day festival of open-air concerts held from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th June 2012 at Greenhead Park, Huddersfield, Yorkshire. This year's Concerts in the Park will coincide with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

Line-up

Friday: - Thank You For The Music
A live concert show featuring the music of Abba and the Bee Gees, complete with glittering outfits and dance routines to rival the originals.

Saturday: - Proms in the Park
Featuring the Orchestra of Opera North and guest solo artists, a proms concert to celebrate the jubilee.

Sunday: - Party in the Park
A line-up of well-known and local musicians who will bring the weekend to a close. Headliner Tinchy Stryder, supported by Vince Kidd, Marlon Roudette and local acts.

The event is free with picnics and chairs welcome however festival goers are asked not to bring any glass. There will be food stalls for those who prefer to travel light. Just bring your friends, family and a picnic.
