The clubbing world's large scale outdoor event for 40,000 ravers returns in 2011 on August bank holiday Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August, again at the Daresbury Estate, Halton, Cheshire. This year Creamfields will open its gates for campers to arrive on Friday 26th August.

Tickets

Tickets have sold out. There were early bird tickets available. Weekend tickets were priced at £115 with or without camping.

Day tickets were priced at £60. Festival goers camping at the event could also purchase a Friday ticket for £20.

Friday for campers

Access to the event on Friday is limited and only open to festival goers camping at the event. Friday also sees the the debut of two 'Silent Disco' arenas at the festival. Campers arriving on the Friday will not only have easier access to the site for but will also be able to chill out at the festival's on-site cinema which will be showing a collection of iconic clubbing films as well as enjoying all the fun of the fair, stalls and more. The main arena site's food and drink stalls will also be open for the new arrivals.

About the site

This year the Bowtime Bar arrives at Creamfields split into several areas including a live Stage featuring some of the UK's best cutting edge artistes, an Outdoor Terrace for some dancing action, a garden Bar that has its own team of Masseuses providing free massages plus a chilled out 'Garden' to kick back in offering comfy seats and picnic benches. Other stages on site are the JägerRock Truck which has been fancily converted into a strident orange mobile music arena and the Pimms Bus which returns in all its 'white picket fence and deckchair' glory.

Creamfields offers a wide range of culinary choices with an International Food Market which returns to serve up everything from Mediterranean to Mexican grub and even on site Pizza Express.

Also on site is the Vanity Van which will be offering everything from makeovers, spray tans, blow dry's and more! There's also a Fancy Dress Tent, an on-site cinema which will be screening classic films throughout the evening.
