The Bristol Harbour Festival, takes place on Bristol's harbourside from Fridday 30th July until Sunday 1st August 210, featuring entertainment, fun and frolics for all ages.

Line-up

The FREE festival will play host to international and local artists on eight stages.
Queens Square

Circus talent

The festival is expected to once again showcase Bristol's circus and street theatre talent, programmed by Cirque Bijou, with street performers from all over the world, aerial and acrobatic displays, juggling and comedy characters. Circus acts include Circomedia, PanGottic Circus-Theatre, Suspension of Disbelief, Vid Warren, Steven Allen, Reuben DotDotDot, PanGottic Circus-Theatre, Devolution Circus, Kid Carpet, Nicole Pearson, The Black Eagles, Emma Insley Aerial Fund, Rod Laver, Step Up – Boom!, Rosie Rowlands, Balloon Toss with the Desperate Men, and Mario Queen of the Circus

Boats

At the centre of the Harbour Festival are the ships and boats. Tall ships, feature vessels and hundreds of private boats from far and wide, anchor up for the festival, providing the backdrop to the entertainment and a fireworks display on Saturday night.

Dance

The biggest and most successful dance festival in the South West showcases a mixture of phenomenal world-class dancers and the best of local talent. This year the Dance Village will stretch over three stages – the Millennium Square Stage, the Participation Stage and a new Social Dance Area. Highlights include New York City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance, Netherlands Dance Theatre, Percevale Perks and Fabienne Vegt, Dance Village Commission choreographed by Wilkie Branson, Rocking the Beat, Champloo Youth Crew Local, The Dark Angels, Kinesis Youth Dance Company, Rise Youth Dance Company, Swindon Dance – Youth Dance Academy, CUBAnia, The Floor Technicians, Julia Thorneycroft, Kompany Malakhi, Mark Bruce Company, Mundi Dance Company, Neshima Dance Company, Prerna Chandiramani, Salsa Sabrosa, Sonia Mumtaz and the Bollywood Glamour Group, and Tangerina Dance Company.
