Squeeze and Paloma Faith to headline OnBlackheath 2018

The first acts have been revealed for London's OnBlackheath festival which takes place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September 2018.

Confirmed to headline the Saturday are South London's Squeeze, who are joined that day by The Divine ComedyBilly Bragg, and Lewisham And Greenwich NHS Choir, while on Sunday it's Paloma Faith in the top-spot, plus others including De La SoulCorinne Bailey Rae, and Lightning Seeds.

Also confirmed for across the weekend are Dirty Vegas, London Astrobeat Orchestra Performs: Talking Heads, Dat Brass, JJ Rosa, Marine, Acrylic, Trans-Siberian March Band, Leon Tilbrook, Mancie Baker, and Louis Antoniou. Stage 2 is "DJs and crowd-pleasing acts", and includes Huey MorganCraig Charles with his Funk & Soul show, James Taylor QuartetThe Mariachis, and Steve Davis & Kavus Torabi.

Gordon Mac, founder of Kiss FM and the man behind Mi-Soul Radio, the home of soul, R&B, reggae, drum n’ bass and funk, is putting together a cracking line up for Stage Three at ONBlackheath, with Jumping Jack Frost, Paul Trouble Anderson, Ronnie Herel, Terry Jones, Brandon Block, Matt White, and Bob Masters, just a few of the artists who will keep the grooves going across the weekend with MCs Shaq D and Craig Williams presiding. Stage Three will also be home to the Soulhouse Music Review featuring, among others, Michelle John, Vanessa Freeman, and Hill Street Soul.

Alongside the music ONBlackheath also has street food and family entertainment.

Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 11th May, priced at £44 for a day or £75 for both days.
