The Prodigy are the first act announced for the 2006 Nokia Isle of Wight Festival, as the Friday headliner. The festival takes place from Friday 9th June until Sunday 11th June 2006 at Seaclose Park Newport, Isle of Wight.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £85 for the three days (under-12yrs £42.50), and £105 with camping (under-12yrs £52.50), with campervans an extra £60 (per vehicle). We've been told by the organisers that day tickets won't be available for 2006.
