The Wye Fare is a new festival which will be held from the 6th to the 7th of July at Witherdane Hall, Wye (near Ashford) in Kent.

Expect a wide range of music genres such as folk, rock, blues, roots, Americana, indie, electronica, raw grooves and psychedelia. There will be five stafes, with 130 acts to choose from and alternative entertainment also laid on.

Bands already confirmed to play the event include Alberta Cross, Nizlopi, Kate Walsh, Ralfe Band, Luke Toms, Vijay Kishore, Misty’s Big Adventure, Things In Herds, John Smith, Viarosa, Ruarri Joseph, Middleman, Smoke Fairies, Eugene McGuinness, The Coal Porters, Connan & The Mockasins, and more. You can also expect real ale, real lager, wine and cocktail bars, good food, a marketplace, an al fresco record shop, an alternative healing and therapies tent, and acres of space for free camping and parking.

Adult weekend tickets are £45 (or £25 per day ) + booking fee, and there are group discounts. 13-17 year olds are £15 (weekend OR day), and under-12s free with an adult. Camping and parking are free and there are limited camper van tickets also available.
