Wellbeing

Wellbeing at Wilderness is where the hard work of other people makes you feel special by giving you all of the pampering and treatments you probably don't need. There's "healers" (note: these probably don't comply with trade description regulations), yoga of every kind you can imagine, what's described as 'therapies', and a spa overlooking the lake.

The Sanctuary¯of calm to nourish body and soul welcomes practitioners and partners, yogis, wellbeing professionals, astrologers, doctors and zen masters. This year, on the bill are triyoga, Maude Hirst, The Naked Professor, Tania Brown Yoga, The Midnight Runners, The Grief Space, Island Feather SUP Yoga, Yoga Brunch Club and many more, leading masterclasses, sessions, workshops and talks, and the wood-fired-Lakeside Spa.

More information will be here when available.
