The 45th Cornwall Folk Festival takes place over August bank holiday from Thursday 24th to Monday 28th August with lots of live artists, plus workshops and dance sets.

The festival takes place at various venues in Wadebridge and offers street entertainment and friendly atmosphere, real ales in the local bars and a variety of folk styles as well as an array of local bands and Cornish music.

Line-up

Thurs 24th: BONUS DAY celebrating birth centenary of Cornish poet Charles Causley.
Fri 25th: Stomp into the weekend with Glasgow's brilliant Dosca and Cornwall's exhilarating 3 Daft Monkeys
Sat 26th: Legendary Scottish songmaster Dougie Maclean, with Cornish supergroup Dalla
Sun 27th: Irish Vocal Beauty Cara Dillon, plus charismatic rising stars Philip Henry and Hannah Martin
Mon 28th: English Channel special with Kent's Cocos Lovers and Brittany's Hop'Op'Ops

Plus a full weekend of street entertainment, workshops, childrens events, concerts, folk clubs, ceilidhs, cajun dances and free sessions are on offer at various venues around Wadebridge.

Weekend 'season tickets' are priced at £59. A 'weekend' season ticket includes all festival events over the 4 days, and children's tickets are half price. Individual concert tickets are also available.

Any profit from the festival will go towards a festival for future years.
