The Fling is a one day festival which offers live music, cabaret, and curiousitie (sp) on Saturday 10th July 2010 at Central Park, Chelmsford.

Line-up

The acts confirmed feature the award-winning Seven Summers, Cathouse, The New Town Kings, The City Joy Cons, Missing Andy, That Fu and British Intelligence. Headliner to be confirmed.

The Fling will feature 7 hours of performance with dozens of tents and over 5 stages packed to the brim with incredible entertainment from professional artistes, as well as local talent. This tented city will also play host to a charity casino and its very own sandy beach.

Tickets

Advance tickets are priced at £15 or £12.50 concessions and will be available until Friday 9th July. Tickets will also be available on the gate for £20. They are available from Chelmsford Theatre Box Office on 01245 606505 or click here.

Entertainment

A playful festival specifically aimed at those aged over 18 and taking place in a quirky village inhabited by the wonderful, the weird and the bizarre. The festival stars a fabulous cast of local talent and professional artistes, who will explore, seduce and surprise your senses through seven stages of cabaret, music, performance poetry, comedy, silent disco and more. Live music will fill the air, fantastical food will be available and there will be a host of fun activities to try, all designed to bring out your playful side.

There will also be a selection of food, soft drinks and alcohol available to purchase at the event.
