Boardmasters takes place over five days from Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th August 2015 at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, and Fistral Beach.

Boardmasters is held on  two sites near Newquay offering action sports including surf, skate, bmx, plus daily live music acts and the music festival.

The festival offers five days of surf competition at Fistral Beach and a weekend of live music on the stunning headland, Watergate Bay.

An adult weekend ticket for 4 days is priced at £109, and £119 with camping. A five day ticket with camping is priced at £139. Deposit option is available for 5 days camping securable at £38. A Friday, Saturday of Sunday day ticket is priced at £40. A day parking car pass is priced at £10. Children aged 10 years and under can attend free but require a ticket. VIP options are also available.

Also announced, is the bumper ticket package called the Charger ticket. It includes everything from bus pass to parking, VIP camping, Beach Session gigs, After Parties and a Boardmasters t-shirt and tote bag!

Beach Sessions tickets are priced separately, at £15 for either Wednesday or Thursday.

Surf, Skate & BMX Competitors

Surf competitors include Ben Skinner, Jack Unworth, Eduard Delpero, Charles Dorange, Heiko Bertschinger, Cornwall’s own Ashleigh Bennetts, Emily Currie, Katrina Beddoe, Russell Winter, Alan Stokes, Noah Lane, Jock Barnes, Lucy Campbell, Hannah Harding, Angus Scotney, and brothers Stanley and Bertie Norman.

Boardmasters hosts the festival’s surf, BMX and skate competitions in addition to the ‘Beach Sessions’ gigs.

This year there are 7 categories of surf comps to enjoy! New for this year is both the World Surf League Men's and Women's Longboard Qualification Series.

They join the regular events the Men’s Open, the Women’s Open, tenn Boy’s Pro Junior, and teen Girl’s Pro Junior, plus groms can join in with the Whipper Snappers (Under 12's) competition.

Fistral Beach, the surf capital of Cornwall, for sun, sea and surf action will host an array of surfers competing in various competitions.

Camping

Official festival camping is situated within throwing distance of the Watergate Bay site.
