Formed by Bristol-based Team Love and AEG Presents, Forwards Festival is a new event in Bristol on Clifton Downs in Bristol on Saturday 1th and Sunday 2th September 2023.

After its successful inaugural event in 2022, Forwards Festival is returning to Clifton Downs this year to once again harness the power of live events to bring people together for incredible music moments and to inspire positive change through social initiatives and a space for discussion and debate. For its inaugural event, Forwards saw the incredible Self Esteem, Little Simz, Charlie XCX take to the stage, with a phenomenal headline performance from The Chemical Brothers.

t the heart of the festival is Forwards Thinking, a platform for year round social initiatives in Bristol, all through our project partners, Big Team, Team Canteen and Sustainability CIC. Alongside these partners is The Information, a space for debate and understanding on today’s current affairs and cultural issues.
