The Small Festival takes place from Friday the 28th of July to Sunday the 30th of July. It is a weekend dedicated to creativity and participation and is very family friendly.

Festival-goers are encouraged to contribute in some way; for some people this might be performance and for others it might mean helping out. So far, this year, contributions include a interpretation of an old favourite, "Carry On Being Important, Earnest” by Oscar Gone Wilde; Piano and Sax Pieces with Neil Thompson and Friend; Caribbean Adventure Stories by Alex Somerville; It’s A Knockout (Doctors and Nurses style) presided over by Janet Wynne; Dance, Drama and Can’t-sing Choir workshops; loads of stuff for kids; under 7's sports; football; Survivalist workshops; Tai Chi; Chi Gung and much, much more.

Tickets are priced at £50 for adults, £25 for a reduced adults price or £5 for children between the ages of 3 and 16. Children under 3 get in free.

There will be more information here when available.
