In its second year the Now We Are Weekender is a two day independent music festival celebrating the thrills, spills and bellyaches of indie-pop 'n rock.

The bank holiday weekend mini-festival takes place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May 2013 at The Public, New Street, in West Bromwich.

Line-up

Allo Darlin', Darren Hayman and Johnny Foreigner, The Traps, Kid Canaveral, Milky Wimpshake, Ace Bushy Striptease, Victoria & Jacob, Eat Y'self Pretty, God Damn, Bad For Lazarus, Thee Faction, Penny Orchids, August Actually, MJ Hibbett & The Validators, Bombers, Hey You Guys, Bombergs, Shana Tova, Cosines, Jenny Said Yes, The Joy of Sex, Shatter Effect, and The Two And Eights.

Now We Are 2013 promises to be bigger and better than before. The festival once again promises to showcase some of the region's local acts and provide an opportunity to see touring acts from across the country.

Tickets

Early bird tickets will be available throughout February priced at £16.50 or £10 for under 16s. Thereafter weekend passes will be £23 with day passes £16.50. To buy tickets, click here.

The two day event will also include a fascinating array of handcrafted merchandise stalls and family friendly workshops for all ages to enjoy, and will also feature DJs from the UK indie club circuit spinning tracks in to the early hours, for festival goers determined to dust off their dancing shoes.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
