A seaside village festival for the benefit of villagers and tourists run on a non-profit making basis, now in its 16th year, and takes place from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th August 2013.

New Quay Music Festival takes place in and around the centre of the Welsh fishing village of New Quay on Cardigan Bay in West Wales. The music festival is run by volunteers on a non profit making basis with any surplus donated to good causes.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are T'Pau, Illegal Eagles, and Dr Meaker. Plus Chris Summerhill & The Hurricans, The Moon Birds, Kundama, Noughts & Crosses, Gucci Pimp, Daniel Lewis, Mr Woodnote & Lil Rhys, Fingerbang, Rioja Hill, Whiskey Business, The Librarians, Interflux, and Carbon.

Tickets

A ticket for all 3 nights is priced at £40, any two nights ticket are priced at £30. £12.50 for Friday, £17.50 for Saturday or Sunday. To buy tickets, click here. All other events are free. There are also various free events around the village.

On site

Expect live bands on the seafront, buskers and musicians in the pubs and cafes, and jam sessions in the streets, market stalls, etc. Friday night will have live music in the pubs, Saturday day will have Buskers around the pubs and cafes, and Sunday day will have bands on the sea front live and free of charge.

Accommodation

There are ample campsites and accommodation in the village.

Please note there is a minimum age limit of 8 years.
