Billed as a 'family live music weekend', Wellington Country Park will be hosting this event, now in it's second year, in The Waterloo Meadow, an 80-acre site surrounded by oak trees, which it is hoped, will be gradually illuminated as the sun goes down. This year's line-up is as follows:

Friday: The Counterfeit Stones with support from Pete and Hugh.
Saturday: Björn Again with Sailor supporting.
Sunday: The Elgar Chamber Orchestra will play a proms-style selection of favourite classics including: The Dambusters’ March, Pomp and Circumstance, Nessun Dorma, Jerusalem and Rule Britannia. The festival will finish with a fireworks finale.

Gates open at 5pm when people can bring and enjoy their own picnic. There will also be plenty of eating and drinking facilities, together with a hospitality marquee for sponsors and corporate guests.

The car park can accommodate 2000+ cars, with the capacity to increase if necessary. There is also a caravan park for those guests who wish to make a weekend of it. Family day or weekend tickets are also available.
