This is the second year of the indie/dance festival set in the Lake District, known as Kendal Calling. It will be staged over two days from Friday 27th to Saturday 28th July.
There will be two headliners, a full billing of live acts & DJs, a new location, camping, increased capacity, and much more at this year's festival.
The headliners at this year's festival will be Grooverider (Friday) and Dirty Pretty Things (Saturday). Other acts playing on the Friday are Pama International, Aquasky 7 The Ragga Twins, Sourpuss, and Aim. Performing on the Saturday will be Amber 292, Picasso, The Redwings, Seven Seals, and Wild Beasts.
As well as the main stage action there are acoustic acts and DJs, plus festival entertainers, beer tent and food stalls. There is an overall capacity increase to 1600 each day, a circus big-top main stage, large second stage plus this year an intimate acoustic stage and chillout area, and the added bonus of camping being available this year.
Tickets cost £35 for a weekend ticket with camping, £30 for a weekend ticket with no camping, and £15 for day tickets. Tickets can be bought from here.
