Under the Jazz Café Picnic banner, Mean Fiddler are launching two very different events. The second is at Thames-side Marble Hill House in Twickenham on Sunday 15th August.

Zero 7 top the bill, with support from of Nitin Sawhney, electro big band jazz combo the Matthew Herbert Big Band, sultry singer Willis and jazz and beats twosome Two Banks of Four. Overseeing the occasion will be UK DJ Gilles Peterson.

With its riverside setting and 66 acres of parkland, Marble Hill was completed in 1729, originally built for King George II’s mistress. The stunning English Palladian villa houses early Georgian paintings and furniture and features lavish architecture and decoration.
