The Innocent Village Fete takes place right in the heart of London, in Regent's Park on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th August.

As well as live music you can expect coconut shies, tug o'war, Morris dancing, homemade cakes, a big farmers' market, welly-wanging, fruit and veg competition, tombola, fancy dress, real ale and cider tent, arts and crafts, picnic area, lots of smoothies, a knitting tent, and dog agility display teams.

The fete is open from 11am to 7pm on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th August, and tickets are priced at £5 for adults, or £2.50 for children (under 3's go free).

Acts confirmed so far include Dynamo's Rhythm Aces, Cut A Shine, Geno Washington and the Ram Jam Band, The Epstein, Ben Westbeech, London Swingphonia, Thomas Truax, Earl Okin, Grantura, Ben Westbeech, Adem, and Kitty, Daisy and Lewis.

The festival is also going to try and break the world record for the longest piece of bunting. The current world record stands at 1,504.72 metres (just under a mile long), and they are encouraging the public to help them smash the record.
