Started in 1998 as a festival catering for 10,000 this East German festival has more than doubled in size and is now one of the biggest rock festivals in Germany. The festival moved to a new site in 2010 a beachside peninsula in an abandoned mining lake called Störmthal Lake at Großpösna.
