The 4th Folk On The Quay takes place in the Dorset town of Poole and is a FREE access and colourful folk festival happening on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June 2016 with ceilidhs and Morris dancing and concerts on multiple stages in the street overlooking the harbour.

Line-up

Coco & the Butterfields, Jess Morgan, Solana, Goat Roper Rodeo Band, Threepenny Bit, Rony 3, Urban Folk Theory - Ceilidh, Naomi Bedford & Paul Simmonds, Mary Spender, Tori Reed band, Emma Sweeney, and Ed & Ollie Goodale.

There will be two outdoor stages, one located opposite the Thistle Hotel. The road will be closed off so that Folk On The Quay can enjoy outdoor standing concerts and ceilidh dances in the late afternoon. Another stage is opposite the Poole Arms and The Portsmouth Hoy. Pubs on Poole Quay are entering into the spirit of the festival and will also be scheduling pub gigs. There's also good food (especially fish dishes) and real ale on tap. There will also be a host of Morris acts, childrens activities, workshops, and more.
