The Rochdale Feel Good Festival, a celebration of entertainment, food and culture, now in its sixth year takes place on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August 2013.

The two day FREE event is a celebration of entertainment and culture featuring a high profile line-up of celebrity chefs and music acts.

Line-up

The Feeling, Neville Staple (The Specials), The Crookes, The Sundowners, Screaming Maldini and local battle of the bands winning MC Red Alert, who will perform on Saturday. Meanwhile, Andrew Nutter, Simon Rimmer, and Aazam Ahmad are all set to serve up dishes, with a largely food focused Friday, and more acts will be confirmed at a later date.

The festival

The festival will include live music across a number of indoor venues and a big main stage against the backdrop of Rochdale Town Hall. In addition to a full programme of live music, the free festival will include a food stage and 2 day market. .

There is no minimum age for attending the festival, however under 16s should be accompanied by an adult at all times and are kept away from the high density area directly in front of the main stage.
