Canterbury Festival takes place from Saturday 16th until Saturday 30th October 2010, at various venues including Canterbury Cathedral, in Kent.

Chris Wood, Kieran Goss, Mikhail Karikis, Turin Brakes, Geno Washington, Georgie Fame & Sons, Peatbog Faeries, Rick Wakeman, Stacey Kent, The Magnets, Turin Brakes, Xenon, Alister Atkin and Friends, Charlie Dore, Chris Jagger's Atcha, Cocos Lovers, Django à la Créole, Jerry Harmon, Kieran Goss, Malinky, Mark Flanagan, Sadio Cissokho, The Jivin' Instructors, The Wishing Well, Tyde (folk), Zoo for You, and more. Comedy from Jenny Eclair, Kit and the Widow, Sean Lock, Stephen Frost Improv Allstars, and The Funny Side Comedy Club. As well as concerts of works by Shostakovich, Tallis, Frédéric Chopin, and Beethoven.

This year the theme is celebrating the 'individual'. As well as music there will other attractions, including comedy, theatre, arts, dance, performances, exhibitions and activities to suit all ages and tastes.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
