Situated right on the coast the third Be Prog! My Friend takes place at Poble Espanyol museum, in Barcelona, Spain on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd July, 2016.

Friday 1st July Is a free entry show only for those who have purchased tickets for the Saturday. Taking place just down the road at the Sala Apolo concert hall.

Saturday at Poble Espanyol: Steven Wilson, Opeth, Magma, Between The Burried & Me, Anneke Van Giersbergen, Textures.

Be Prog! My Friend takes place in the heart of Barcelona and with an airport only 12km away, regular, cheap flights make it an easy festival to get and from the UK. Bands will start playing from mid/late afternoon each day which will also mean visitors have plenty of time to explore the stunning city of Barcelona while they are there.

Transport

Getting to Barcelona is straightforward with plenty of road, rail, and airport links from anywhere in Europe. There are coaches which travel from London to Barcelona regularly. When travelling by train it is easiest top take the 'Trenhotel' directly from Paris directly to Barcelona, leaving Paris in the evening, and arriving at Barcelona the next morning.
