Now celebrating it's 12th year Barefoot Festival, the full family friendly event takes place at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough, in North Leicestershire from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th July 2017.

Expect also the Barefoot Cabaret Show, trapeze and circus acts, and Burlesque Extravaganzae.

The early bird tickets are priced at £69, or £25 for a child (aged 5-16 years) and under 5s can attend free. Prices do not include booking fees.

Themed Fancy Dress Days

This year there will be themed fancy dress days:-
Friday: "Flashy Friday"
Saturday: "Mythical Creatures"
Sunday: "Vintage Circus"

Workshops

The festival will have live shows and entertainment running the whole weekend with musicians, dancers, singers and comedians, and the Barefoot Busk Stops.

Children

For the kids, entertainment this year is organised by Angel Gardens who will create a specially dedicated Children's Zone with crafts, workshops, entertainment, face painting and more.

Ethos

The aim of the week end is for Barefoot attendees to go back to back to their roots for the weekend, it's hoped that festival goers will reconnect with themselves, sit around the camp fire with the sounds of live drumming in their ears, take a moment out from the stresses and strains of their busy lives and yes - dance barefoot in the sunshine.
