Moving indoors as the weather turns, the Shiiine On Weekender is a celebration of Indie and Dance from the late 80s, 90s and beyond, and takes place at the Butlins Resort, in Minehead, Somerset over the weekend of Friday 10th until Monday 13th November 2017.
This year's line-up has a Friday line-up of Levellers, The Wonder Stuff, Pop Will Eat Itself, Carter USM's Jim Bob, Blur's Dave Rowntree (DJ set), Freak Power, Corduroy, The Orchids, The Train Set, Space Monkeys, The G-O-D, The Woodentops, Iridesce, The Fay Hallam Group, and Stella Martyr.
On Saturday there's Embrace, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Starsailor, Space, Smaller, A Certain Ratio, Farley & Heller, BMX Bandits, Wolfgang Flur, (ex Kraftwerk), The Wendys, Hurricane No.1, My Drug Hell, Sultans Of Ping, Cud, and Kingmaker (for a day).
And on Sunday there's Happy Mondays, Peter Hook and the Light, The Farm, The Wedding Present, Icicle Works, and Ian Prowse & Amsterdam, plus a Closing Party with A Guy Called Gerald, Dreadzone, Dub Pistols, and Bobby Langley.
Along with that there's exhibitions, film, pool parties, as well as more music from DJs and top tribute acts, plus a new bands stage..
Tickets are priced from £199 per person based on four people sharing, for 3 nights.
Room Only accommodation offers either double, single or bunk beds with private bathroom and TV, but no kitchen facilities or lounge, more like a hotel room. Self Catering accommodation offers private bathroom, full kitchen facilities and separate lounge area with TV. Tickets are selling fast, and Room Only accommodation is available in 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 berth rooms, and Self Catering accommodation is also available in 4, 6, and 7 berths.
All the onsite accommodation is included in the ticket price and located within walking distance of the indoor music venues. Each of the main stages has bar facilities and there are also various pubs, sports bars, restaurants and shops on site.
