Hacienda Classical have announced a special live show for 2023 on 14th July 2023 at The Quarry, Shrewsbury, with DJ Graeme Park giving a classical spin to anthems once played at the legendary Hacienda nightclub; with a live orchestra, Manchester Camerata; plus vocalists Yvonne Shelton, Melanie Williams and Rae Hall.

Critically acclaimed as one of the finest and energetic of live music experiences in recent years, Hacienda Classical re-imagines orchestral renditions of much-loved, classic club records from The Hacienda’s heritage, revisiting some of the iconic tracks from the era, as well as bringing arrangements of seminal tracks to the set.

Choosing the gorgeous Shrewsbury The Quarry as its backdrop, Hacienda Classical invites audiences to revel in the atmosphere of the picturesque 29 acre countryside estate, whilst revisiting or discovering the pioneering, culture-busting dance music of The Hacienda; performed by a full orchestra, vocalists including Yvonne Shelton, Melanie Williams and Rae Hall, additional musicians and special guests.
