Brian Wilson performing Pet Sounds in its entirety along with his greatest hits, leads the latest acts for the 27th Bluesfest - The International East Coast Blues and Roots Festival which returns to Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm, near Byron Bay, Australia over the Easter weekend from Thursday 24th until Monday 28th March 2016.

The Beach Boys co-founder and architect of the Californian sound – Brian Wilson comes to Australia for some 50th anniversary performances of Pet Sounds live in its entirety. This will be the final time he takes to the stage for these truly unique performances unforgettable live music experience spanning 2 Parts: Act 1: Pet Sounds and Act 2: His Greatest Hits and will feature his incredible band including original Beach Boys member Al Jardine and long-term member Blondie Chaplin.

He is joined on the bill by Taj Mahal, The Residents bringing their performance art Shadowland, Lord Huron, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Janiva Magness, and Lucky Peterson, with more to be announced.

They join Kendrick Lamar, The National, City and Colour, Ali Campbell (with Astro and Mickey Virtue), Joe Bonamassa, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Tom Jones, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Jackson Browne, The Decemberists, Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Tweedy, Steve Earle & The Dukes, The Wailers performing 4 albums Exodus, Uprising, Survival, and Legend in their entirety, Grace Potter, Lord Huron, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Vintage Trouble, Lucky Peterson, eMDee, Blackberry Smoke, The Cat Empire, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, The Word, Rhiannon Giddens, Janiva Magness, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Allen Stone, The Selecter, Shakey Graves, and Songhoy Blues.

The early bird tickets are priced at $525 plus booking fee for a full five day ticket. All Kids under the age of 5 are free. Children between the age of 5 and 14 inclusive have to be in the supervision of a Responsible adult.
