This performance will be part of the 24th anniversary celebrations of the release of the album which caused controversy on its release as it broke the cultural boycott of South Africa at that time. He'll be joined on stage by Jimmy Cliff, on songs including 'Harder They Come' and 'Too Many Rivers To Cross', before Ladysmith Black Mambazo take to the stage for a 'Graceland' reunion, to air classic hits including 'Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes' and 'You Can Call Me Al' for the first time in the UK since 1987.

Today, Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas are also confirmed to join the line-up.

Live Nation's Vice President of Promotions, Toby Leighton-Pope commented, "We have some fantastic additions to the lineup. A full performance of Paul Simon's 'Graceland' in Hyde Park is going to be incredible and we can't wait to see the crowd's reaction. Hard Rock Calling 2012 is a big one with many stand out moments, this will be a special one."

The established London open air music event showcases well known international acts, and a few legends over three days, has a genuine festival feel to it. The only acts confirmed are Saturday headliner Bruce Springsteen, plus on the same day John Fogerty, and Lady Antebellum. Tickets were priced at £60 for Saturday and have sold out.
