With the King Tuts tent packed, quite literally, to boiling point, The Ordinary Boys walk out to an almost deafening round of applause as the temperature of the room seems to rise another ten degrees.

As they play, it seems clear that they work as a group; they feed off each other and the audience. They are literally packed with energy that can almost be seen eminating from them.

The Ordinary Boys

Your would think, saying all that, that it would be impossible not to feel near exploding point yourself – yet for some reason I can’t even force myself to concentrate on their set.

With their hit singles finishing to applause that puts the PA to shame, I’m still left feeling as if I’m just not a part of the fanbase. If you love The Ordinary Boys this set would have left you on a high yet if you are simply curious you will be left feeling as though The Ordinary Boys are far too ordinary.
