Returning to the grounds of The Crichton, Dumfries on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st July 2021Doonhame Festival has announced Kaiser Chiefs to headline plus more acts - plus the addition of on-site camping.

Kaiser Chiefs’ Simon Rix said "We are excited to be headlining the Doonhame Festival in Dumfries next year. Playing to our fans in Scotland is always a highlight for us and we look forward to seeing them all in 2021."

With around 50 acts over the 2 days across 4 stages, the Kaiser Chiefs will headline on the Saturday. Other acts on the bill are The Feeling, Hayseed Dixie, Bad Manners, Skerryvore, Toploader, I Am A Raver, The Lutras, Tiderays, The Meanies, and Ibiza Mania.

Sandy Sweetman, Joint Festival Director said: "We were really excited about the 2020 line-up and the support shown for the festival throughout this challenging year has been exceptional. To recognise this support we are determined to make 2021 even better and were blown away when the Kaiser Chiefs agreed to play at our “wee” festival in Dumfries."

"On-site camping will also be introduced in 2021 for tents and live-in vehicles. Camping spaces are limited so we would recommend booking early. Early Bird Tickets for the festival have proved to be very popular and have now sold out, but a time-limited Tier One ticket offer is now on sale" states Sandy. "Our priority is always public safety. The limited capacity and plenty of open air space will allow for physical distancing and we will ensure that all other Covid-19 safety measures are in place throughout the weekend. We will also roll over tickets if the festival cannot go ahead due to further Covid-19 restrictions."

Tickets are on sale, currently priced as follows:-
adult (18+) weekend: £75, camping £25 extra
youth (12-17) weekend: £60, camping £25 extra
