Black Grape, and Fun Lovin' Criminals have been revealed as headliners for Bristol's Grillstock - a rowdy weekend of Meat, Music and Mayhem on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July 2018 on Bristol's harbourside.

Shaun Ryder’s Black Grape take the headline slot on Saturday night. Shaun Ryder had this to say: "We're all really looking forward to being back in Bristol to play Grillstock on 30th June and party Harbourside!"

Festival favourites Fun Lovin’ Criminals headline on Sunday evening, returning after their Grillstock debut in 2014 that sealed their fates as Grillstock legends, with Huey even contributing his own fried chicken recipe for the Grillstock cookbook in 2015.

Grillstock's King of the Grill competition this year sees 20 teams firing up their grills in hope of being named Grand Champion, with the contest overseen by the Kansas City BBQ Society, the biggest name in competition BBQ. The Clifton Chilli Club will be bringing their infamous live chilli eating competition for those brave, or foolish enough, to enter. There will also be the customary hot dog and hot wing contests taking place on the main stage each day.

The festival will feature two music stages and pop-up performance spaces and the usual helping of BBQ and street food vendors sourced from the South West and all over the UK. The Grillstock Dive Bar has craft beers and bourbon from around the globe.

Barry McMurdock, MD of Grillstock explains "As far as festivals go, Grillstock is up there as one of the most fun, unique and entertaining events in the city. There aren't many places you can go to see the best live music, incredible BBQ and beers as well as people eating the world's hottest chillies for the crowd's amusement!"

Weekend tickets are priced at £53 with a Saturday ticket priced at £32, and a Sunday ticket priced at £27.
