North Devon Festival 2009

The 11th North Devon Festival runs from 28th May until 27th June, and features over 200 events in 80 towns and villages throughout the region.

The line-up includes artists such as Seth Lakeman, Sir James Galway, Cara Dillon, Mark Thomas, Orchestra of Welsh National Opera, The Knicker Lady, The Bad Shepherds, Paddy Ashdown, Three Bonzons And A Piano, John Mayall and band, Dennis Rollins Badbone & Co, Elkie Brooks, Benny Gallagher, and more.

Small venues in Barnstaple play host to drama, dance, comedy and more from theatre companies from as far as Greece at the North Devon Fringe Theatre Festival – Friday 29th May – Friday 12th June.

There's also various heritage events, poetry and theatre and more.
