Colchester Free Festival 2001

The event starts at 10am and finishs at 7pm and will feature the following events.

Main Stage: Dog Friendly, Silent Child, Hallelujah Johnson, Jellicoe, Cleavage, Salty Dogs, Local DJs, Bopp.

Acoustic Stage: Pavlov's Cat, The Doons, Aaron Short, Nigel Burch, Rick Christian, Soup, Solar Sound System, Jake Murrells.

The Ivor Mcgowan Jam Stage

Community Stage: Including; Poetry, Speakers, Drama, Comedy> Cabaret.

Community Music tent: Including; Digereedoo, Jazz and percussion workshops.

Greenfield Arena: Including Tai Chi, Yoga, Scottish Country Dancing.

There is also a Drumming area, Instrument Zoo, Craft area, Greenfield, Childrens area, stalls, displays, bars, and catering.

Car parking is availible in Kings meadow. Strictly NO BBQs, fires, dog's or bikes.

Buskers are very welcome but are asked not to ask for money as the event is a free celebration.

So as you can see, well worth the money.
