Chiddingly Festival is now 33 years old and happens from Wednesday 21st September until Sunday 2nd October 2011 in the village of Chiddingly is in East Sussex, near to Hailsham, North of Eastbourne.

Line-up

Artists of national and international renown have come to this small village, performing in intimate surroundings which creates a unique experience for the audience. The festival has also given a platform for artists starting out on their careers.

The festival programme includes events to suit all ages and tastes. Entirely organised by volunteers, and a not for profit event, it celebrates all the arts with music classical, folk, jazz, drumming); poetry; dance; puppetry; story-telling and literature; and comedy headlined by Shappi Korsandi. Entertainment for kids and beer festival in parallel.
