Glastonbury - The Park Announces Lineup For 2024

The lineup posters for Glastonbury's The Park area have just dropped! What can we learn and what's new?

 

The Park Gets Some New Areas

Two new venues have been added to The Park: The Wishing Well and Scissors. They replace the much-loved and long-standing Rabbit Hole which is retired after 17 years.

Not a lot can be learned from the festival's official description of The Wishing Well, presenting it as a "place in which to ignite your deepest desires". The lineup suggests a mix of world and electronica to liven up your festivals experience. We're very excited to see what The Wishing Well has in store!

Scissors has a clear identity as a "queer wonderland", offering talks, films, a nightclub, plus a host of relaxing and less relaxing activities.

 

The Park Lineup

Some of the lineup has already been revealed previously in the first poster release. The top-billed artists are Fontaines D.C., Peggy Gou, London Grammar, Orbital, Ghetts, King Krule, The Breeders, Dexys, and Aurora. 

Based on the chatter from some privvy members of our community, teh lineup for Teh Park stage on Friday will be: Fontaines D.C., King Krule, AURORA, Dexys, This Is The Kit, The Mary Wallopers, Barry Can't Swim, Moonchild Sanelly, and Lynks.

13 areas have now announced their initial lineup for this year's festival: The Park, Acoustic, Field Of Avalon, Shangri-La, The Glade, West Holts, Silver Hayes, Woodsies, Left Field, The Common, Croissant Neuf, Theatre & Circus, and Kidzfield. 

These acts will be joining Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and SZA who will be headlining the festival's main Pyramid Stage as announced on Thursday the 14th of March 2024.
