Modeselektor have been announced for next summer's Field Day, which has moved dates next year because of the London 2012 Olympics.

The sonic boundary pushing producers will be the Bugged Out! Stage headliners. at Field Day 2012. Other new additions to the bill are Blawan, Devonté Hynes – formerly of Testicicles and Lightspeed Champion fame latest incarnation Blood Orange, Glasgow two stepper Koreless, Sweden's Korallreven, newcomer Kindness, and Brooklyn outfit Friends with DJ sets confirmed from Huw Stephens, Justin Spear, and Daniel Avery (stopmakingme).

They join the previously confirmed headliners Franz Ferdinand as well as Mazzy Star, Grimes, Death Grips, The Men, Zomby, Theme Park, Spector, The Vaccines, AfroCubism, Metronomy, Errors, Andrew Bird, Baxter Dury, Beirut, Gold Panda, Here We Go Magic, SBTRKT, Fennesz, Outfit, Maya Jane Coles, Papa M, R. Stevie Moore, Revere, Rocketnumbernine, Rustie, Tortoise, Zulu Winter, Julio Bashmore, and Hudson Mohawke.

Field Day will be providing ample entertainment for those looking for respite from the music in the Village Mentality area on The Village Green. Expect traditional side stalls inspired by country pastimes and weird and wonderful fete games such as Blindfold Sweetcorn Husking Championship, Scone Throwing, Vegetable Discus and Human Wheelbarrow.

Hosted by forward-thinking promoters Eat Your Own Ears, Bugged Out!, Bleed and Lanzarote, Field Day is held in Victoria Park, London on Saturday 2nd June 2012. This event is over 18s only.
