The UK's only annual reggae camping festival, One Love celebrate their 10th anniversary next year, and will be celebrating this milestone with a move to yet another location at Colebrook Lakes, in Kent.

Dan Wiltshire Festival Director said, "We had a fantastic and happy 2016 Festival and I could not be more proud of the way we and our customers conducted ourselves. The event went without incident, no crime, no public disturbances, and not one noise complaint – we were left with the impression that a repeat booking was not going to be an issue especially with a consecutive year booking clause in contract – but to our utter dismay 3.5months later out of the blue we have been informed by The Parks they have taken a particular dislike to Camping which they didn’t feel was suitable for a Public Park. As we feel this is fundamental part of our relaxed vibe and community is not something we would compromise on.

" Although this news was a shock to us all and not the good news we were expecting I will not let Reggae Down. Nothing can Stop Reggae Music – after lots of sleepless nights and stress I have found a new wonderful licensed Lakeside location, with ancient woodland stages within 40mins drive from London. The new venue is : Colebrook Lakes, Kingstanding Way, Tunbridge Wells, in Kent.

"I am happy to announce we have just secured U-Roy, the king of DJ’s and Mad Professor as well as our Battle of Dubplates contenders.

"I wish you all a fantastic Christmas and New year and really excited to welcome you to this idyllic lakeside location with ancient woodlands for our 10th Anniversary will prove to be a most exciting event

"One Love!"

The festival organiser has already announced they will be honouring Bunny 'Striker' Lee who is celebrating his 50th years in Reggae and Greensleeves Records 40th anniversary.

The event created in recognition of one of the world's greatest ever rock gig, Bob Marley's famous 1978 'One Love' concert, will host Delroy Williams and Sons of Africa, Saxon Sound System, Blackslate, Capital Letters, Suns of Dub, Channel One Soundsystem, Iration Steppas, Dennis Bovell, Twilight Circus Dub Sound System, Smith & Mighty, Earl Gateshead, Love Express, Blackstar Sound, Maestro Sound, GI Roadshow, Stereophonic Sound, Nick Manasseh, Direct Impact, Instrument of Jah Sound System, Mixmaster Morris, Dan Wiltshire, The Reggae Choir, and many, many more.
