Bellowhead, Show of Hands, and a third - still underwraps act will headline Towersay Festival's 51st year, at a new site with the whole festival now located in fields at Thame Showground, in Oxfordshire over the Bank Holiday weekend of Friday 28th to Monday 31st August.

Also confirmed are The Travelling Band, John Smith, Sally Barker, Treacherous Orchestra, Anxo Lorenzo, Blackbeard's Tea Party, Mark Radcliffe, Martin Simpson, Andy Cutting & Nancy Kerr, Phil Beer, Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin, The Spooky Men's Chorale, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, Keston Cobblers Club, Kim Churchill, Lady Maisery, Ninebarrow, Rob Heron and the Tea Pad Orchestra, Roy Bailey, Salt House, Sam Green & The Midnight Heist, Steamchicken, Askew Sisters, The Dovetail Trio, The Mischa Macpherson Trio, Tom Figgins, Bedlam, Chalktown, Floot Street, The Jam and Crumpet Band, King Kontra, Maniere des Bohemiens, Random, Steve Turner, Dartmoor Pixie Band with Sarah Bazeley, Van Susans, Worry Dolls, and Bob & Gill Berry, with many more still to be announced.

The festival features a professional programme of folk and roots music, ceilidhs, international dance teams, family entertainers, workshops and a Children's Festival which incorporates entertainment, music, puppetry, circus skills and craft workshops.

The early bird offer tickets are priced as follows:
Adult £90 (Camping £25 extra)
Youth (12-17yrs) £63 (Camping £15 extra)
Child (5-11yrs) £45 (Camping no extra)
Tickets for children aged under 5 are free - they must be ticketed.

There is also an instalment offer this year with £30 paid now, and £30 by 30 April 2015 and the balance of the ticket by 30 June 2015.

Towersey has developed in the last few years from a very Folky event into a more eclectic festival with a fair amount of World and broader acoustic music, singer songwriters stage, poetry, street theatre etc.
