The clock is ticking down until tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival 2015 go on sale, with only this weekend left for those wanting to buy tickets to register.

Registration does not mean you have bought a ticket, but you can't buy a ticket without a registration number.

In order to buy a ticket Festival goers over the age of 12 must be registered, with online registration only taking a few minutes, this needs to be completed before trying to buy a ticket.

Registration will be temporarily suspended before and during the main ticket selling period, and will be closing at 23:59 on Tuesday 30th September, remaining closed until after next Sunday's main ticket sale.

To register click here.

It is important to note that those who registered their details online do still have valid numbers for buying tickets for 2015, click here to check you are registered.

Seetickets aim to respond to all registrations within 24 hours during the working week. If you have not had a response from them within that time frame we would suggest the following 3 courses of action:

1) Check your spam/junk email folder, in case your email has been rejected by your service provider

2) Check online at https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/lookup to see if your registration has been approved

3) Re-register at https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/Registration/Register

Anyone who registered prior to the 2007 Festival will need to submit a new registration, and registrations can also be edited by clicking here.

Tickets are reserved with a deposit of £50 and cost a total of £220 each (plus a £5 booking fee). Festival goers opting for the coach package will pay extra for transport.

While the bulk of Glastonbury tickets go on sale at 9am on Sunday 5th October, those travelling to the festival by coach will be allowed to book theirs four days in advance.

15,000 coach and ticket packages will be sold in advance of the general sale at 7pm on Wednesday 1st October as part of the festivals commitment to green travel.

Along with their deposit of £50 per person, those booking coach packages will be required to pay the full coach ticket price for their journey.

A list of pick-up locations and prices is available here.

Both kinds of tickets can be booked in groups of six at a time. There will then be no further UK or International payments taken until the booking site re-opens on the first week of April 2015 when deposit purchasers will have one week to pay the balance of £170 per ticket, and to book everything else they might need (tipis, campervan tickets, parking, insurance).

Tickets for Worthy View, the pre-erected camp site offering a range of British-made traditional scout tents, bell tents, tipi tents and small yurts are likely to go on sale at the start of November, this date has not yet been announced by organisers.

Children aged 12 and under do not require tickets and do not need to register.

Glastonbury Festival will take place at a farm in Pilton, Somerset over five full days from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June 2015. There are no acts confirmed yet for 2015. Expect something like 2,000 performances at over 100 venues including music, cabaret, theatre, circus, a fantastic Kidz area, poetry, green crafts and information, site art, decor, and loads, loads more ... much more than just the music, so make sure you check it all out!
