Tickets will be available via www.seetickets.com and through the dedicated phone line, 0844 412 4635. All registered festival-goers who want to buy tickets must reserve them using the deposit scheme at a price of £50 per person. Please note that there will be no option to pay your ticket balance prior to Friday 1st April 2011.

There will then be no further UK payments taken until the booking site re-opens on April 1st 2011, when deposit purchasers will have a week to pay the balance of £145 per ticket, and to book everything else they might need (tipis, campervan tickets, parking, insurance).

When available, in spring 2011, a car park ticket will be priced at £20 and a campervan ticket will be priced at £75. Details of tipis, combined coach and festival tickets along with other transport options will be announced in the New Year. Car Park or Campervan Tickets will not be able to be booked until the balance is paid for at least one of the tickets on a booking.

This extension to the deposit scheme allows people more time to save for their tickets, knowing that they have a secured booking. It will also help the Festival to reduce costs, allowing them to give more to their joint charities.

Please note, the balance payment window for international buyers will be for one week from Friday 25th February 25th to Thursday 3rd March 2011.

Anyone who decides not to pay their balance in 2011 will be refunded their deposit, minus a £10 administration fee. Those tickets will then be put forward to a re-sale, which is likely to be in April or May 2011.

Car park tickets, campervan tickets and routing stickers will be sent out with the Festival tickets; unless bought in a later transaction, in which case they will be sent separately and will have a separate booking reference for use on the ticket tracker.

Ticket purchasers may wish to add the optional TicketPlan Protection for an additional £4.50 per person when paying the balance for tickets. Should they then be unable to attend the Festival, this should enable them to receive a refund for the face value of the Festival tickets.

If you registered by post in 2007 or 2008 you will not have had the option to save your details and therefore need to re-register. All data collected in 2007 was destroyed, so all 2007 registrants will need to register again this year. Those who registered in 2008, 2009 and 2010 were offered the chance to save their details - if you did so, your existing registration number is still valid. If you want to check what your registration number is, or when your registration is valid until, click here.

Please note, ticket purchasers may be asked for additional Visa or Mastercard security information when they buy their tickets online, so it's best for these ticket purchasers to be signed up to their card's security service before they buy. Please click here if for Visa, or here for Mastercard/Maestro.
