CKY, and Sabaton lead the latest raft of acts announced for this summer's Sonisphere at Hertfordshire's Knebworth House.

CKY make their only UK Festival appearance at Sonisphere - which frontman Deron Miller singles out as the show they are most looking forward to, "We love doing the festivals and we love going to Europe. So Sonisphere is bound to be the biggest highlight of CKY's summer touring schedule by far."

Another festival exclusive is Sabaton, their bassist Pär Sundström said, "This is a great opportunity for us as the UK remained a dark spot on the touring plans in the past - but now everything's gonna be different! We're set to kick ass and conquer!!! Aside from that it's just amazingly insane to share the stage with bands like Iron Maiden, Rammstein and Motley Crüe! Who would have thought of this ten years back?! Don't miss out - it's gonna be an overwhelming experience! For all of us!!!"

Also added the rockin' line-up on the Strongbow Bowtime Bar stage are All Forgotten, The Bendal Interlude, Bow And Arrow, Bury Tomorrow, Chickenhawk, Deaf Havana, Failsafe, Fire Bug, The Ghost Of A Thousand, InMe, Kellermensch, Me Vs Hero, Rinoa, Tek-One, While She Sleeps, and The World On Fire, with a whole load more still TBA.

They join the previous announced acts which include headliners Iron Maiden (only UK show of 2010), Rammstein (first ever UK festival appearance), with Motley Crue, Alice Cooper, The Cult, Iggy & The Stooges, Anthrax, Placebo, Papa Roach, and more. For the up-to-date listing of who's playing, click here. Details of the first batch of bands to be confirmed for the Red Bull Bedroom Jam stage will be revealed next week.

Tickets are on sale. Weekend tickets are priced at £132.50, or £157.50 with camping. Lockers are priced at £10, and parking is also £10 in advance or £20 on the day. And early arrival camping entry ticket is priced at £5, and tickets for camper vans are priced at £40.
