Wolverton Manor, Shorwell provides the backdrop to the Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair featuring bands/artists each year along with locally produced food, children's activities, tea tent and not forgetting the Real Ale tent.

Now in its 12th year, the event returns on Saturday 11th May 2024, raising money for Leukaemia Research and Brighstone Primary School.

Line-up

Special guest artists at Wolverton Folk & Blues this year include  MISSISSIPPI MACDONALD, 3 DAFT MONKEYS and RUTHLESS BLUES.

As well as the Main Stage, the popular 'Beer Tent Acoustic Stage' will make a welcome return providing a full and varied programme, featuring some of the best Folk & Blues musicians the Isle of Wight has to offer.

Other Bands/Artists confirmed include: The Raw Blues Project (feat. DICK TAYLOR of THE PRETTY THINGS), Sorrel Nation, Hashtag, The Bohemians, Shtum, Damien Paul Band, Brighstone Barnacles, Wild Roses, Ben Jordan, Rose & Ed, VULGA (Ventnor Ukes), The Country Bumkins, Moonshine Border Morris plus more to be announced.

Tickets

Tickets are available from local outlets (see below), or available on the gate on the day.

Children under-12 are free. No ticket required but must be accompanied by an adult.

With an IW real ale beer tent, Tea Tent, Bar-be-que, children’s activities, craft stalls and Morris Dancing, The Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair is set to be a great opportunity to enjoy top live music and great festival food, set against the backdrop of the beautiful West Wight scenery.
