Winterwell is an independent festival weekender for 1,500 expected to return to Ampney Down Farm in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside as a four day event happening from over the Friday 29th June to Sunday 1st July 2012.

Shying away from the bigger, overly commercialized festivals and looking to provide a more intimate, organic party experience, Winterwell is a private boutique festival.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed for the three music stages are:

Bands: Casiokids, Slow Club, The Shoestrung, Dollar Bill, Oh! Gunquit, Jess Morgan, Kidnap Alice, Stillhouse Orchestra, Perhaps Contraption.

Disc Jockeys: The Nextmen, DJ Count Skylarkin, DJs Slim & Slim, Ellie Shepherd, DJ Count Sizzle, Hoppy, Lou Young, The Boom Brothers, Jim Dock, Konal, and The Milky bar Kid

Tickets

An early bird ticket is priced at £105, half price for 25s and under, with children aged under 12s able to attend free. A campervan pass is priced at £25. To buy tickets, click here.

Each year the festival has a theme for fancy dress Saturday, this year's theme has been announced as a Western theme as Winterwell becomes a town in the old west. Expect a Saloon, cabaret tent, Card Tables, and more. As well as music there's all the usual festival extras and the campsite is open until the Monday.
